Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping provider.
Delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control, but we do our best to assist with tracking and updates.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
To start a return, please contact support@housemaster.eu with your order number and details.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
